SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within NZ and across the world. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping company's time frames but generally it is 1-5 business days within New Zealand or 7-14 business days worldwide. Kowhatu Taonga Limited will not be liable for any unforeseen damages to the product whilst in the hands of the shipping company and or the customer. All shipping related complaints and claims will need to be dealt with between the customer and the shipping company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can bring it back to us within 90days for a full credit to their account if the product is still in the same condition as it was presented upon sale. We will not be liable for any return shipping.
We have a 5 day money back guarantee from the time of full payment or Invoicing. Any damages to the product will result in a penalty fee of 50% of purchase price.
